Well as a consciousness, if you have free will, you decide for everything, that's alright.

Not deciding for birth from the point of view of consciousness has to be, because the body is growing the mind, and then the mind is growing a consciousness. So this lack of conscious control over birth is unavoidable.

But if you kill someone, that can't be “o.k.” by definition, because “o.k.” means “zero kills”. Even if that someone is you.
