Why do some people always succeed in their lives? How does that happen when we say that "failure is the key to success"?

They probably don't: as humans, they have to make mistakes.

But if you see them only succeeding as they avoid all the traps,

It have to be because they can see the future, which means that they can change it, which means that they can change the past too, which means that there can't be any evidence from your point of view of their failures, but those evidence do exist from their point of view (the "avoided traps").
