You're not “from a dimension”. Dimensions contain things, like you and like everything else. Dimensions can't appear, can't disappear, can't move, etc… they can't “exist”, only what's inside them can exist.
A dimension is just a word we associate with the fabric of the world. It is the idea that existing things are located inside a container. So all the dimensions together constitute what we call “the universe”.
Therefore if the world has 4 dimensions as we see, then you “are made of” 4 dimensions.
But if the world has 11 dimensions, as needed in the model we call “String Theory”, then hurray, because you're suddenly a 11 dimensional creature, bravo!
