I’ve been feeling really low, being mute for as long as I can until I have to reply. Or listening to music to blank everyone. But then sometimes I’m hyperactive, running around and everything. Sometimes I feel like I’ll be better off dead. Help?

I could provide science about this, why does this works and so on,

but right now you don't need science, you just need hugs, looots of them!
