I feel sad or I miss my girlfriend after she leaves, and I usually wanna text her but I feel that I always have to keep the conversion going. Like not that she doesn't wanna talk to me, but she can not talk to me and feel fine. This only happens sometimes. Is this an insecurity?

I'm sorry but I don't feel like I understand the question.

To my understanding, I would just advise that:

1) you stop "wanting", as one can only "live" a relationship, wanting is just a distraction (and the cause of all suffering)
2) if you can't stop bothering her when you're not with her, then why don't you start by stopping bothering yourself when you're alone? You don't need anyone else to fulfill your being. Have you ever tryed meditation?
