Consciousness in you is asking “how to”, which means that you wonder for a way, a technique.
There is none. The way to bliss doesn't exist, no technique can bring it, and you can't do ANYTHING about that. Bliss is a happening, like love, like laughter, like pain. So stop trying.
You experience bliss as soon as nothing else bothers you, you notice it. When you don't notice, it's there too, but you don't know about it because your attention is captured by some other happening.
Bliss is the fundamental nature of what you are deeply and truly. That's why there is no way you can reach “it”, because “it” is you, so you can never leave “you”…
You're “it”!
So shut down distractions (TV, social networks, people), stop bothering yourself with thoughts, stop worrying, stop seeing problems, stop searching for solutions, stop “everything” conscious… and then, you will notice “bliss”.
“Bliss” is the ground on which life is built. “Bliss” is the natural way, the perfect way, in fact it is “the way”, because there is nothing else than it. “The way”, like in the “Tao Te Ching”, the ancien book of virtue (highly recommended if you already know how to meditate, and meditate “on a book”).
