Asking “where everything comes from” has no formal meaning, because it asks for the container of the container,
if by “where everything comes from” you imply “where the universe come from”.
It's not because a sentence can be thought and said that it's a valid one. This question is not.

But if you don't imply “where the universe come from”, then I would answer:
-“Where every thing comes from?” (a thing is any existing object)
-“From the universe” (the container for all the objects, by definition)
