Nonsense. There are no infinite “things”.
Infinity is a concept that Mathematicians use to describe what they call a “limit”. And limits don't add, they don't substract, you can't do operations with them.
Operations are for numbers, numbers are defined into sets (Natural numbers, Real numbers, etc) and those sets are “infinite”, which just means that they don't have a size.
